Wizzride

They hired professional 3rd party drivers for the trip who are good in behaviour also. But I have to pay few extra bucks as part of Toll taxes and Airport Parking charge as claimed by the driver which I shouldn't need to pay as part of booking details, when I told the same to there customer care executive, they told they will get back to me which never happen...other than that it was a nice experience riding with Wizzride.

Our experience with Wizzride was totally disappointing. I booked for 5 days Sikkim tour with Wizzride and had a notion that we will be having a peaceful trip without any headache to book cab again & again for daily commute to different places. Later on our trip I realised that Wizzride is just a broker/middleman & nothing else. They book normal taxi from here & there , everyday I had to call them several times for driver details, then me only called the drivers multiple times to communicate properly. In this covid situation, I thought we will get a single cab for the entire trip (only Lachen trip was supposed to be in a different vehicle) for safety but NO. Every single time, I had to ask & communicate for which vehicle is coming, driver & cab details etc. The last day cab while returning from Gangtok to Siliguri was literally terrible. The driver was not behaving properly, we remained scared for his reckless driving, at one point we were saved by an inch from an accident. I was feeling sick & wanted to stop the vehicle at some point for vomiting but still the driver didn't stop at all. At Siliguri, the driver dropped us 1 km away from our bus stop just because he got another traveller in that point. We along our small kid had to walk with all our heavy luggage for 1 km in that busy road. During Lachen trip, though the promised iteranary was not completed, Wizzride didn't refund anything. Their charges are quite high & services such poor & unprofessional. I talked with the local drivers & came to know the charges of different places in Sikkim. If we had booked the cab directly after reaching Gangtok, and not via Wizzride, we could have saved around 10k. So Wizzride made our trip on different local cabs only, but charged as if they are providing dedicated cab & driver for the entire trip. I'll never recommend Wizzride. I had to pay extra 10,000 rupees with such a terrible service.

Good service at reasonable cost

We were about to book a WagorR from Wizzride for Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok. But from 1st April, the price shot up by Rs 500 so we stepped back. Please note their WagorR (Hatchback) comes with non-AC & no carrier. They asked for Rs 3200 for the ride whereas we got the same with AC & luggage carrier at just Rs 3000 from the Bagdogra Airport Taxi stand without any bargaining. There are plenty of well mantained cabs available at the taxi stand so no need to panic & book beforehand.

Family tour with wizzride is good more than expectations.nnTour manager Mr. Dipesh and Driver Mr. Amit are vry good, proffesional and very gentle persons.nnDefently refer to use wizzride ....
