Akshaya Ford

My car was attended by Mr Sunil. Worst experience ever. There is a damage in the driver door after giving for service. They stole the horn in my car and replaced it with a worse horn. They replaced my wiper with the original Ford but with a local brand. There is no proper response or accountability from the service center and not able to reach the manager as well. I don't think this is an authorised service center. Full of fake people.

The service given by the people at Akshaya Ford service was excellent. The hospitality and kindness among the staff is good. It seems the leader of the team drives well. Great.

I had been for a electronic malfunction work on the way to Trivandrum from Karnataka .. The issue was rectified very professionally... Mr Narayan supported very well....

Staffs are doing well. They concerned about the consumers will. Whether they are not interested to change the spare parts they working on how to minimise the cost and also giving some advice to use upto this much... So comparatively like maruti, ford doing well in service.
