The receptionist at willows spa MRC is scary and rude. Rooms are so dirty and bathroom is filthy. Needs to improve. Therapists are very professional. Great for treatment but support staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly. Don't know what happened to Janevi. Was so welcoming. Cleaner bathroom means better ratings.

I love this spa. It's super fun . I'm a regular. I like the ambience and lighting and the masseuers are polite.
