The best place to land in getting treated for all sorts of muscle pains. I went to many doctors to get relieved from neck pain and stiffness but there was not a permanent fix. Finally came here .Dr.A.S.Gnanaraj was genuine and professional in handling our problems. Even before we explain completely , he finds the right muscle that stimulates the pain and fix it. I am suffering from frozen shoulder and neck pain for almost 7 months, Dr. Ghanaraj PT, had done physiotherapy (no equipment used only exercise )for almost 2 week, now I recovered fully and no pain . He is excellent trouble shooter , he is doing magic from his hand. Excellent care was taken and very kind person.

I used to do yoga and minor exercises, sometimes with excess movements which will culminate to severe muscle problems. I do not intake tablets or pain killers, sometimes, which are prone to kidney strain. My only solace is physio therapy. we can not expect every physio therapist with accurate healing. I have heard somebody saying nice treatment by Dr.Gnanaraj who is running Rapha's Wellness. Hence, I have been undergoing for severe back pain and strains in other parts then and there To my surprise the healing is being done with accuracy and precision within a very short span of time, unlike in other places. I had a severe lower back pain, caused due to the sports fatigue, can't walk properly. Managed for 1 week, end of the week got severe pain.(not even sit). Treated by Dr. Ganaraj, sound knowledge in Physiotherapy & sports injury. He can easily understand what happened to our muscles & provide the thorough/proper treatment. After treatment, I could feel the drastic difference in my lower back muscles. He is a real proficient in my experience.
