Not a good hospital. They are running the hospital only since they have some good doctors in hand and also good at cleanliness. Poor operations are easily witnessed from nurses, x-ray lab members are rude and worst insurance support. Lack of basic facilities like strecher, bed ... Etc. No proper communication between the nurses, even doctor suggested medicines attender need to follow the nurses to get the medicine for patients. Poor insurance team. They are not supporting for insurance procedure even if our insurance agrees.

Medical Staff:nDoctors are good and caring. Especially Dr. Griffin and Dr. Chandralekha and that is the reason why we chose this hospital in the first place. No regrets here. But their good work is often overshadowed by the next of groups. Keep reading.nnNursing Staff:n•tInattentive care.n•tPatient/Attender needs to be proactive for getting the things done.nThey often forget things as they are juggling with multiple tasks atnonce or due to poor task management.n•tLack of ownership and responsibilitynnAdmin/Reception Staff:n•tNo clear process and coordination exist.n•tNo single point of contact for patient care post discharge fromnhospital.n•tNo specific patient questions/clarifications would be provided.nExpect answers more like a general FAQs section.n•tReception team often would disconnect the phone, if any questionsnasked in detail. We should just learn to live with that.n•tConfusions everywhere and the staff seemingly showing frustrationsnand irritated. Definitely not service oriented.nnPoor hygienic conditions, Rooms not cleaned properly before handing over, cleaning staffs don't wear masks during peak covid times.nnConclusion:nLook out for better facility and get better care for the same money spent here. The cons massively outweigh the pros here.

Worst hospital ever seen. Fully money mind hospital. While yu going through insurance, treatment cost is higher. They will submit only half the bill to insurance and rest ll pay only by cash whereas no receipt for Same.Fraud hospital.

I salute to the very best doctors like Dr.Manohar and Dr.Sunny Mehra.But the Hospital Management is worst.Money minded.It is costlier than abroad.
