We had come down here for our arbitration proceedings. All basic amanities are available, however the parking is very limited. Hardly 10 cars can fit it. The hall is located in a residential place at an Dead end. Little unassuming place i must say. Official are ok and you may get limited assistance.
Respected Sir / Madam,nnI came to know that the Govt. of India recently amended Arbitration Act, 1996 through its Parliament. My query is from which date these new and amended arbitration laws are came into existence ?
Please do not get any arbitration assistance from here. I have a real bad exp. from this stupid place...
