Expensive..whenever my car go for service I will be shocked to see my bill. They don't have spare parts stock in Chennai each and every time we have to wait for the order. Everytime they say mechanic not available for endovour.nnGood thing about this service center they take vehicle for service for any day without appointments not like other ford dealership in Chennai

Had a horrible experience servicing my mustang last wk. Really wonder whether any thing was done to the car atall. After driving 30 kms had a puncture and found both the back tyres reached a level for change. Also found under carriage was not even washed. Had to take the car all the way back to madras to change 2 tyres.nWe take the car 700 kms up and down expecting good treatment but is it this we get for a premier vehicle like mustang. I really wonder whether they even changed the oil.nI have been taught a good lesson
