Naturals Unisex Salon

Had very worst experience today. Even after appointment management asking to come back after 1 hr. During this pandemic times normally we avoid going out . But for my kid Normal haircut they were asking to come back multiple times. Naturals saloon card was expired so when I was abt to avail service from advance paid amount, they force to utilise complete advance amount. They are not ready to utilise the balance amount later too. This review is only about the management and not about the hair stylist. They do excellent job!!. My personal advice , Go for hair cut but don’t try to purchase naturals card..

Ive been a regular to naturals in thiruvanmiyur since 2017, Very unprofessional and manipulative staff they have. I understand that everyone needs money at this time of covid but that is no reason to be manipulative and try to con people.nnI had initially had a thought to do haircut, trim, facial and head massage. Once they knew that I was ready to spend money they tried to raise the cost of detan saying for face its seperate and neck is seperate.nnTha lady manager was very unprofessional without uniform and had no idea of how to treat a customer, the barber was good in his cutting but he was forced by the lady manager to get me to use the facial package. They was she spoke to me after I decide to not do anything of facial detan was very condescending.nnOverall very unhappy over this. Wouldnt recommend anybody to this particular branch.

Very bad ambience. They don't treat you well.

This branch is not doing good service and also charging additionally.Went for threading and charging Rs.80 telling that as cleaning and maintenance charge after new normal.why should customers pay for these stuff? And the staffs are not even wearing mask or gloves but charging 50 RS additional for cleaning purpose.Worst.

One of the worst Saloon to be avoided, totally unprofessional and reckless behavior.
