The worst place i visited & regret every penny i wasted there. A lady was assigned to me for hair spa. I requested them to give me hair spa for dry hair, she uses dirty combs, parts hair into two & applies cream with a brush like how a toddler paints roughly on a wall. No detangling of hair, she goes on even when i tell her to layer my hair & apply evenly in several portions. Then she massages so hardly i got tears with the pulling of my hair. I told her to go gentle, then she washes the hair, roughly again dries hair with blow dryer & hands, no hair brush was used to properly blow dry. She stops half way, my hair partially dried, applies serum & gives that dirty shampoo comb in my hand & goes away. Never visit this place if you want your hair to look like dried grass.

This place is the opposite of warm, welcoming and customer centric.
