I will give 0 out of 5 star.. No respect to customer.. No clear explanation on the charges. 3 year baby cutting they are charging Rs. 350... Too expensive.. Not worth for money.. And one last thing they mentioned for membership flat 25% discount for all services, I am having that membership card and showed them, but they told that this service is not included, then why they are mentioning flat 25% for all services.. Simply waste of money. Please don't go there and don't loose your hardly earned money.. Totally dissatisfied..

1.Should bring the professional stylist i don't think the stylist are professional enough to understand the customer needy , so that the brand name naturals gets spoils further, Even i had a bad experience i requested to do the style according to my wish, they said OK and the output came according to their wish and the stylist Justifies for what they did..n2.Preferring the products and Suggestion is accepted but if the customer is not willing to go ahead it should be ended, Keep on explaining about the products every time to the existing customers until the service gets over makes us more embarrassing ..n3.Since naturals is the branded unisex saloon the Ambiance of the saloon should be improved and look cache for the customers to continue the service..n4.One of your stylist smashed tobacco like HANS that smells worse and made more disgusting when he bring his hand to the face for correcting the hair that was happened long backnThis are the concerns which makes us to skip the service from naturals sometimes.nWith Love ,nYour Existing Customer.
