Good lounge, nice ambience... however place should be kept clean, especially chairs and floor... service was slow, maybe they are under staffed or couldn't manage the guestsnnFood menu is limited to finger food, should be specified by server who didn't care to mention while handing over the complete menu.

There are very few cigar bars among 5 star hotels and ITC has bought this to attention bringing a cigar and malt bar in Chennai India. The whole hotel is very posh and will make you feel the care architects have taken constructing every part of the hotel. A cigar lounge is a whole new experience.

Best cigar lounge in the city. Everything is good except service. They're terribly understaffed. And staff tend to ignore customers.
