Rajesh from Tamil Tanjore Art Gallery was very helpful. We ordered a Ganesh painting for my parents Anniversary and the whole process was seamless! They shipped it right after we placed the order and was delivered within 2 days. I did not give a 5 start review since the frame was very so slightly chipped at 2 places BUT the painting was beautifully done and with great quality. Highly recommend them. We plan to offer more soon.

Worst business ethics and Very poor after sales support. My order was accepted with an complimentary photo frame of small size. Though they delivered the original order after lot of delays, they didn't deliver the complimentary photo yet. It is been one year. My calls to after sales support and owner not returned and blocked. No proper response committing to their original order. These guys can't be trusted. Certificate of authenticity was also not delivered. Beware of the quality of product when the certificate of authenticity is not given as per their commitment. Don't get spooked by their nice website, videos and sales pitch. Honesty is important...

I usually don't bother with writing reviews but, thought i would make an exception for TTAGallery.nThe quality of service these wannabes provide is pathetic and utterly unprofessional.nI placed an order via their website in Nov,20(paid-in-full) and after quite a delay past the delivery date, they sent me a screenshot of the painting for confirmation, before framing.nThis painting didn't look anything close to what i had ordered, primarily the face of the deity was completely different and i immediately notified them of the same.nNow in response, they ask me what corrections should be made to the painting.Are they for real?What possible corrections could rectify this work now.nI then realized what a poor excuse for an art gallery this was.nThe infuriating part was, while i was still awaiting a response and resolution for this blunder of theirs, they went ahead and shipped this painting to me.nI of course rejected the shipment and got them to refund the payment.nThey were a huge disappointment and this was a big waste of time.nFor someone in this business, their lack of nuance or even a basic understanding of art, was staggering.nKinda made me wonder, how they have managed to stay in business, so far.
