Great service, friendly explanation staff, quick response good service, Delicious food on board, air hostess are well versed.

Worst ever customer service , there is a technical issue after the boarded flight this happens it's acceptable , but they didn't announce anything, flight should take off at night 8:55pm but they made us wait till 10:30 father that they thetild flight will not start now... Till that they didn't offer any food , water who waited in the flight and 400 people waiting in Chennai airport now 3:39 am in the mrng and stil no response from the srilankan airlines we missed our transit flight not sure how to get that flight ... Worst ever service not eligible for one star also

Horrible airlines! Refuses to refund tickets booked to Malaysia. How can they force passengers to travel to countries at high risk? Ridiculous and selfish business motive!!

The office is closed due to Covid-19 [05-May-2020]

I had booked tickets to Srilanka on June 4th. Due to the situation in Srilanka (bomb blasts), had to cancel my tickets. I had requested cancelation on May 20th. Still they haven't refunded the money. All I get is a recorded message from Customer service rep that it is processed and will take 10 working days. Worst experience ever...! And 0 response to the mails sent to refund team. Pathetic..
