Good food and near Airport BUT poor customer service.. No complimentary kits or even towels in room despite requests..nPaid for third bed but provided after repeated requests.. The bed sheets were not pressed nor blankets...nNo coffee boiling jar...nNo-one to carry luggage to room...nFor whom does the bell toll....

The location is fantastic, since the place is very close to the airport. The staff were nice too. However for the price, the room and facilities were below expectations. Unclean walls, extra charges for towels, bad tasting food, toilet with not enough space, pests in the bathroom and so on.

Not very clean. Breakfast was amazing though. There is no Jacuzzi. We booked because of jacuzzi only, but there was no jacuzzi/bathtub. Bahroom had bugs. Service and stay is average

Nice environment, near to international and domestic airport. I appreciate their service. I was stay few hours at night due to layover. They provide me free of charge airport dropped.

Stayed there for 22 days in April 2021. The hotel was great, food was pricewise comparatively reasonable and tasty. Chef deserves appreciation for the mutton biryani. Hotel room was slightly small. The housekeeping staff was diligent in their work. Restaurant staff were polite. Reception staff were always supportive and eager to solve any issue you may have. Special thanks to Mr. Damodaran-reception for resolving the internet access issue (Even though it was late at night)
