Mudumalai Tiger Reserve

Even in the summers in India, if you are lucky enough, you'll spot a dozen herds of deer, a good number of peacocks, elephants, boar and a bison or two. Wonderful place to visit occasionally.

You can enjoy by seeing the elephant eating... have to go morning beyween 8.30 to 9.30 or else evening 4.30. Good place for kids..

Just wow... It's a beautiful place .. great combination of greenery and water.. after a long walk from car parking area u get this gem.. really nice place

Drive was good though. Spotting animals are on luck basis. The forest seems to be dry completely

Great experience travelling through here. Was a real visual treat. This time when I visitted (in March) the bamboos where all flowered up. And bamboo rice were filled in the road. A rear view. Happens after years. Then lot of animals including deer, elephants, were seen.
