They never call you on time. They will recklessly update the reason for delay in the delivery as customer wanted it to delay. After keeping the item with them for 2-3 days they call you and ask whether to deliver it or not. Why would someone order something and ask not to deliver. They call you only once and then won't answer you when you call back. I request bluedart to change the manager of Khammam wing or stop your operations in Khammam someone else will get an opportunity.

Picked my parcel even their parcel van for the day already left, called the driver to stay a side on the way n handedover the same to parcel van by two wheeler. What a dedicated service!! Must be appreciated!!! My parcel reached my distination just next day..wow.
