Dr. Smita Jaiswal (Life Care Hospital)

It was extremely horrible experience with Lifecare hospital. Based on highly rated review I opted her for my second baby delivery related issue. We were taking her supervision since last 8-9 month. On 6 may, I admitted my wife for delivery. Based on antigen test they admitted and I also paid the operation charges and others. After that she told me that I also performed PCR test and on urgent basis it will take 5-6 HR and without any symptoms report was given positive and hospital representative suggested me to go BRD college, Covid ward. It was extremely horrible experience with me that without any symptoms how it was possible. Luckily I contacted some small hospital in the city and based on antigen test they admitted and blessed with baby boy. After that again I given the sample for the PCR test on 8th may which was negative. More or less my conclusion is that I am not totally bleming the hospital authority, they may have taken descison for me based on the lab report but my recommendation to person who is expecting more from this doctor is that try to consult some other doctors that may be more dedicated towards the patients. One more thing before exiting the hospital I had paid 58000 for operation and I was expecting total cost may be 80000 but in the small hospital my cost was around 40000.nSo, I thing this type of hospital is suitable in normal days. But it's cost and dedication towards patient is very painful. At last I pray with God Kisi ko bhi side hospital ka treatment Milne ki naubat Na aye.
