M.B. Motors - Hero MotoCorp

I bought a CD-Deluxe bike in 2005. In RC paper it's mention the same but M.B.Motors system is telling that my bike is CD-Dawn which is totally false. Because of company's irresponsibility now insurance company is not allowing me to claim. I'm suffering from last one month. Very bad behaviour of M.B.Motors team.

Very bad experiencenThey called me on 21 jan for Lucky Draw Coupon contest at 12 Pm when i came and asked for it to Manager he said this contest has not been alloted time slot they will start the contest when they will wish (Are we fool we dont have work called us at 12 and not giving any information regarding the contest this question was asked by every customers waiting )nHe said if you want to go you can go in such a rude manner that i am begger or something .Its my request to Hero motors to please ask if i am wrong or right to all the customers came for itnAnd take necessary steps against him.

Very bad experience. Purchased hf deluxe and battery got bad within 10 days. The workshop guy told to go to Exide service center myself whereas it is the job of hero workshop. Wasted two days to get battery replacement. Also, it has been 50 days still they are not giving number plate and RC while the same has already been issued by rto 20 days ago. People there are also very unprofessional. Buy some other company motorbike or from some other hero dealer.

Once we purchased bike from their no one is not recieving call..for to take instructions from them...it's seems like only they have to make a lead nothing else..I have purchased a bike from mb motors on May 2020. And it was very rediculous experience for me.because my speedmeter was not working and I have gone to the agency and asked where the service request was taken they speak very rudely and told me that there is no any warranty ud83dude21. Some of the staff's are very polite nature also.. now a days I'm trying to connect via phone to ask for the RC and my number plate but they are not receiving the call yet..its make me very irritating that I'm not going to refer any one to take any new bike from mb motors
