Terrible experience. Only charge huge money without providing quality service. Inspite of pouring in money for my big day the end result was not even close to what I had asked for. The hair stylist didn't even recreate the same hairstyle I had shared references for. He couldn't even comprehend the style I had shared the pictures of many days prior to my reception day. All this despite me confirming again and again if they will be able to deliver the look I had asked for. Also the makeup wasn't good enough. The false lashes they glued got stuck so bad it came off painfully plucking some of my natural eyelashes. The eye make was done so wrong it left me with undereye blackening. Also a day before my reception I had went for kera hair spa and other services. The hair spa was of absolutely no use, so was the experience with facial and manicure (I opted the most expensive ones of their charts). The day that we hope to look most beautiful was destroyed by the incompetence of lakme beauty salon gorakhpur.

I have booked them for my reception in Gorakhpur. The worst I have ever looked in makeup.After just half an hour it starterd accumulating in sides of my face. Mine s oily skin and I had chosen classic creme from Bangalore over call..when I asked them not to over do they told do the liquid lusture after a 10min discussion I agreed for it thinking creme might look artificial. Once done and I told its looking patchy and not clean they wer claiming I should have gone for airbrush..they just want to loot money. And hair accessories where included in the package and when I asked for extensions she told it’s not a hair accessories and then I asked for a hair clip or artificial flowers to hide the multiple clips behind she told me their hair accessories are out of stock.Such unprofessional behaviour. I would never recommend anyone to go get their services.And not to forget everyone will sugar coat you with how beautiful u are and how pretty ur jewelry is until you pay the bill once bill is paid..Once u start complaining they will tell you how dry ur skin is..you should have done ur facial.They also claim Mac studio uses fake Mac products but they use original ones..
