Ajay sir(trainer) are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 45 min trainingud83cudfc3‍♂ufe0fud83cudfc3‍♂ufe0f goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boringud83eudd17ud83eudd17.
