I am an importer from Canada and can confirm based on my experience with this company that they are most unreliable when it comes to money - think over a hundred times before you trust them with an advance, they make tall claim with sub zero delivery, horrible packing that's guaranteed to break before it gets to the Port for shipment, delayed delivery, substandard items -sending low quality items whilst billing higher value items, touts - This is the only company where you can get a combination of all the bad deeds possible on export at one location. Buyer beware. I wish I could give them a negative rating

If you are an exporter, please don't work with him. We placed a massive order with him and he gave us bad quality products. The packaging was as bad as we have ever seen it.nnHe obviously doesn't care about his business anymore. We tried to reach him many times but he hasn't answered his phone.nnAll this guy is good for is giving you excuses. Save your money and save yourself a headache. Please don't work with others. I have been telling all my importers here in the US to not work with this guy.nnUpdate: He requested to bear the cost of the shipping, however, why should we pay for anything when it was clearly their fault. The owner is far from professional and does not know what he is doing, at least in the export world. I know 3 other buyers who have refused to purchase from them. AVOID or your use them if you prefer to lose your money!
