The location setup and Ambience of the property is quite good .. the chai was good also. The only thing I didn't like is self service,you have to wait on order counter for your order and then taking it to the 1st floor to sit down...that thing sucks!! -2*stars for that thing..else the location view of maket from balcony is great ...

Price is cheaper , good and fast service.nnOnly chai(tea) should remain hot for longer time,nnThey can try giving cutting Chai Glass for customer, that will be very nice and to grow business,nnOverall good Place in area like court Road.nnWell done.
