Had a good experience at the store. The salesman named Arnab was well aware of the products and confident while giving demonstration. He was very hospitable, very patient and explained the features quite well. The store is small but its enough I think. There are some store exclusive services that are provided to customers as well. Please note that you may not buy and take home a laptop instantly. Some laptops may take some time to get delivered. Cheers and happy computing ud83dude0a

They are very much co operative. If you want to buy you should go with atleast 2 friends or with others. I recently bought dell Vostro 3405 and I went with two friends. It's attached to BCDA COLLEGE OF PHARMACY TECHNOLOGY.

Small but efficient store. Went for a 4 Cell Vostro battery replacement. Dell parts are expensive, but with genuine products you get peace of mind. Made a call, got a confirmation, went and purchased it. Paid via UPI. Friendly staff, nice experience.

Nice place to buy laptops , has a great variety of options as well as gaming laptops which are hard to find nowadays.........nthe service is also good !
