Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata is also known as Yuba Bharati Krirangan. It is also known as Vivekananda Stadium in the name of Swami Vivekananda. The stadium is located at Salt Lake beside E.M. Byepass. It is adjacent to Hyatt Regency hotel, AMRI Hospital, Purbachal residency etc at different sides. The stadium was inaugurated in the year 1984 through a match between India & China in Nehru Gold Cup then. In 2017 under 17 youth World Cup was played at this stadium. It is well connected through road. Soon it will be connected through East West Metro railway service also. There is a station of East West Metro railway service named as Salt Lake Stadium. Floodlights are incorporated at this stadium.
