I am sorry but for a true massage lover and someone who gets or wants a massage to relax..this is NOT the place !! The therapist I got was good with her service but it left me with a not so rejuvenating experience because of all the noise happening inside the spa ... people walking all over the place ,people chatting, clients have not been asked to keep phone on silent , doors opening and closing... horrible ... my second visit and both the times it has been the same ...I dont know why people even spend so much money here ...they charge the double amount for a foot reflexology but the over all feel is not there ... but then I guess a lot of people are okay with the noise and walking around so for them this is a good place considering that Kolkata airport doesn't offer much for entertainment to its passengers

One of the dirtiest spa in the world in terms ofnethics. Police raids and also customer harresment has made the spa evil. The clusternmanager as he told, Mr. Satyendra Thakur, asks to take membership for free extra service, from their female employees. Explains the offer by false misleading information .How can airport authority allow all this is a big question?

I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. The service isnt the same anymore,the therapists from northeast all seemed to have vanished and replaced by locals.nNo value for money....DONT GO THERE.

Worst experience with staff and managersnThey Force you to take membership ,,nWhen said no just want service they make facesnnAs A celebrity entertainer stepped in o2 spa kol on Sunday 12 jan 2020nthe entire staff were behind him rather leaving other customers to hell .nnVery unprofessional way of service from such a big brand called o2 spa .

I HAD AN OVERWHELMING EXPERIENCE AT O2 SPA KOLKATTA AIRPORT IT WAS AN IMMENSE PLEASURE AND AWESOME MEANS OF COMMUNICATION FROM PROFESSIONAL THERAPIST MANSI !! SHE WAS JUST TOO GOOD ☺ufe0f☺ufe0f✌ufe0f✌ufe0fI AM COMPLETELY ECSTATIC WITH MANSI THANKS A LOT
