I was hospitalized for 3 days in March 2021, due to severe stomach ache. I must mention every staff member and Doctor was really supportive and cared for me during my stay here.nnHowever, the authoritative behavior of two nurses from the night shift during the second last day of my stay was absolutely unacceptable. I was subject to mental harassment and cried during my stay there which isn't something I signed up for or expected when I went to a 4 star rated hospital. When someone is staying at a hospital it is the duty and responsibility of the faculty members there to make sure they are well taken care of especially when the charge is this high. They should support patients mentally and emotionally, not taunt them or allow bias to take their decisions. Every patient deserves to be heard, irresponsible of the severity of their diagnosis. Just because someone is not 80 years old, and can walk around does not mean they deserve to be mistreated.

I wouldn't say that they have the best service, but it's very flexible indeed, unlike many other hospitals. They actually listen to your needs and try their best to serve accordingly, and not in a generalized way. There are some good doctors in that hospital. So treatment is pretty good. Although I'd say that, since the hospital is not big enough, it doesn't have a lot of newer equipments that I've seen in many other bigger hospitals. Overall, it's hygienic, and well-maintained. If you're going to get admitted there, I would always recommend the general ward, instead of the private or semi-private ones, because service there is way better. I had two family members who was admitted there, recently. One of them was in general and the other was in a private ward. Trust me, there's a humongous difference in service. Overall, the hospital is hygienic and pretty quick with their billing procedures.

Beware of this hospital Specially patient having legitimate hard earned money. This business organization intense to squeeze every bit by intentionally prolonging the treatment and charging hefty. They do not even hesited over charging the medicines than what they actually provided in other words it's a complete fraudulent organization.

My mother was admitted in Parkview back in December 2019 for a hemicolectomy surgery . I've waited a while before posting this review on the quality of their service(to rule out any post surgery complications after an year or so).nI have no complaints regarding how the operation was handled. After an year or so, my mother has no adverse effects from the surgery.nHospital was clean, the doctors were patient and helpful and listened to the million questions I had asked them.nnOnly complaint is regarding the staff who handle documents and especially the lab who handle the reports. The lab had called me up to collect the biopsy results only for them to tell me that they have not received the report yet when I arrived. It took 3 more days for them to actually give me the biopsy results. This was back in 2019 though so I cannot comment on how the staff situation is currently.nDeducting one star from the review because of this.nnBut overall, a good hospital with a lot of flexibility in terms of patient handling and accommodation.nnOverall - 4/5

Hospital is clean and doctors are nice but the management staffs really degrade the efficiency of the ambience. Possible reasons can be lack of adequate staffs in management role and lack of professionalism. Because of lack of human resource and proper streamlining of system, people are not sure of what are the jobs they need to perform. Also ,not complete information is provided to the patient at a single point of time. Last but not the least, nurses are inexperienced and unprofessional.
