Sanglap's Power House Gym

This is a very nice and large gym in Near of Madhyamgram Railway Station. The price of the gym is very reasonable. Admission fees are 1000 rupee. After the first month, every month fees are only 300 rupees. Which is very much affordable. The location of the gym is quite good and easy to find. It is a Two storey building. On the ground floor, the space is quite large but very congested. There is no space for freehand exercise and also the location is not so airy. They have almost all types of equipment like leg, chest, back, forearms, weights, dumble, burble etc. The condition of the equipments are moderate.nnOn the upper floor that is for the woman. I provide the pictures of that floor. There is nothing. Full space of just freehand, One treadmill, some cycles, butterfly machine. There have no other machines. The place is too much airy and comfortable. You can do a freehand workout especially over there.nnOverall The gym is a very good option at this price point. As a girl, I don't prefer this gym. The gym is unisex but the ground floor environment is not that comfortable for a girl. If you go at an odd time then maybe it's ok. But if you go on pick time before your office or college, Then that is not comfortable for a single girl. But for a boy, this is a very good gym at this price point.

Too good. Friendly, efficient and supportive trainers. Good for women also.

Great place for work out sessions. Now that ac is installed but charges are same, it becomes even more classy yet massy. Hats off to Rohit n of course sanglap da, the man behind this for motivation. Much love ❤❤
