Cheaters, all damaged products, no commitment, no after sales service..if you want not to get looted pls avoid Segun Samrat..the person dealing is a fraud..nI am sure the product o brought is not of segun. The polish itself get erased out in a month.

I would strictly recommended NO ONE TO VISIT THIS SHOP EVER. The owner is an absolute cheat. He has completely cheated us after a purchase of wedding bed ( Segun wood) worth Rs. 1 lac. He has shown something and delivered something else. The complete bed is defective and the plies are old n rotten. He is desperately not changing anything now even after repeated requests as he has got the full payment in advance.nnA BIG NO TO EVERYONE. PLEASE DO NOT DARE VISIT THIS SHOP AND BELIEVE ON THE SWEET WORDS OF THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP.

I bought an L-Sofa from them for INR 48K (as far as I can recall). They agreed to the design I had asked for. But their delivery was much late compared to what they had promised; almost a month. And after the sofa got delivered, we've had to call them multiple times for repair. Stopper does not work, wood that has been used is of rotten quality, one of the wheels is broken, the stitching is of poor quality, the glass holders are too narrow. The product is in a terrible condition and it's only been two months that we've bought it.nUnless you have a simple design, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
