Very bad management, bought a sccoter on 8th March 2021, after that had to visit showroom multiple times to get Correct insurance and bill. Very careless attitude of the sales representative, not bothered at all about customer's time. After one month still registration didn't happen due to just miss management and lazy people. Hero Motors India should check this showroom immediately and take action.

It is one of the renowned service center in this area.. but it's a bit crowded every time... I suggest that you came here atfer booking your service over phone... One thing that they have a tendency to convince you by a fat bill, but don't get trapped by them... They invite all customers but didn't achieve the required service.. a simple case of overload... They didn't have much capacity but they take many bikes beyond their capacity so as a result the fault is still on.. after the service... It opens at 9.00 am ... Try to reach there after it opens ... Otherwise be ready to wait 5-6 hrs...

Paper works related to vehicle registration is very bad. Takes more than 5 months to handover RC whereas at the time of purchase, assured to handover all papers within 45 days.

Very good service made by their team.nBefore handover they test drive it and then handover to the customer.
