Sir, I opend my account with sbi few years ago in a SBI KIOSK (IFSC SBIN0008730).nI went to this KIOSK center to withdraw my money. In this KIOSK CENTER, money withdrawal is possible only through Aadhaar AEPS or Biometric system. But somehow my biometric is not working. So, I went to the home branch which IFSC CODE is mentioned above to withdraw my money. In this branch, I was shocked with the behaviour of staff. The man told to me your money withdrawal is not possible. And he also told me to go that KIOSK CENTER to withdraw money otherwise I have to write a application form by this KIOSK center. Then I want to talk with branch manager, they told me ' branch manager is not available. He will available next month.' - how pathetic experience I have faced today.nnSir, can you imagine how meaningless harrasment was happened with me by this branch. At the end I came back without withdraw my money because I have no time to go with this meaningless process.nnVery bad experience ud83dude20ud83dude1e
