Could not save my bunny 's life. I got to know the doctor from some sources, a good amount of money was also invested on some medicines prescribed by their doctor, which was of no help.The medicines worsened my bunny's health.My bunny 's health deteriorated & it succumbed to death...nGo for some other good vets as well, don't keep this only option open. I lost my child... I don't know who has given them such high ratings. I would highly recommend others to vouch for other vets or clinics

Nice place with well behaved and professional people . There have good stock of accessories . I will recommend pet owner to visit this place once for well experience .. Tanmay

Earlier the service of the centre was ok..But nowadays they become extremely professional and cunning. Made the centre a mere profit making institution. I lost my pet within 3days. He just had fever only. Giving wrong and expensive medicines(approx 4000/- in 3days) & baseless treatment by the name of intensive care. The doctor didn't even check my pet carefully,not even his wound and prescribed to inject multiple medicines, within 3days 2 different types of antibiotics along with other medicines. Everytime the situation got worsened, before completing the doses of injected medicines my pet refused to eat and started vomiting, reddish stool, finally succummed to death. If u wanna save your pet earnestly request u not to rely on their careless treatment. Hope my pet's innocent soul rest in peace.

Hi I visited with my Dog & one person was available their who is eating food.nnMy puppy having stomatch problem but the guy is not able to shard the exact things to help due to this I moved somewhere else & my puppy is nomore now. Guy is totally lost their mind even he is not able to share the no of doctor.

I don't know how this place gets such high rating? Must be careless rating. I contacted them today morning, confirmed my appointment between 1600 to 1630 three times. Now at 1547, they simply says come by 1600 or doctor will leave. What a non-sense is this? If your doctor don't care about appointment, then why you give appointment? I booked my cab accordingly with adjustment of my other work. They think, time is only valuable for them!!! Such a callous attitude. Good it happened on the very first show. I don't want service from such people.nAdding this comment to reply your utter non-sense statement- I clearly asked whether doctor will stay upto 1630 or not. You said, no only upto 1600. So I had to cancel all my planning. After that if he stays till 1630 or 2230 hardly makes any difference.
