It's located near sulekha, south Kolkata, easy to reach. They give service till midnight in case of emergency, as I received service for my pet till 12 at night. For emergency it's very helpful. Taken good care of my pets.All staffs are helpfull,polite but Rupam is exceptionally good. Overall it's a Popular clinic. Yes the fact is animal can't say anything so treatment is on assumptions, they may live or die. If you Visit, take your time, it may take longer time depends on treatment. you may have to hold your pets while critical operating. We had to hold out pets every time we visited for(critical situation). We also received discount on the medicines or foods.they have Oxygen facility.

This is the worst place to take your pets to. They'll overcharge and scare you even more by saying your pet will not survive so that you go there again and again and they can loot you. Attitude of all, including the owner is very bad. Last time I visited there, it was really an emergency case and they denied to provide medications to my pet cause of some vague reason. Even if you ask for help they will stare at you as if they are paying for your pet instead. Oh... Shouldn't forget how they fool you over the time slot given here. They open the clinic whenever the **** they want to.

The vets fool you and charge extra cunningly. Simply the worst place to take your pet to. They seem to charge less but charge way more by increasing the cost of vaccines, etc. They don't care for your pet. Don't fall for this hoax.

Best place for your pets !!! Excellent care and treatment is given to the pets !! Very happy with the service !! :D

Good place to find treats, foods, dress, crate for your pets. Dr. are experienced and guide you well. Vaccination can be done in a very reasonable rate. I have been visiting this place for my two dogs and happy with the services...thank you so much
