I'm very much satisfied with their services. I almost lost my baby but thanks to Advance pet care. They saved her. All doctors staffs and technicians are very efficient. Moreover they are very well behaved. The main thing is you can ask for their services 24x7. I will highly recommend them.
So far one of the best dog hospitals I have come across in Kolkata. There are much better ones I have been to in Bangalore. I am not comparing by those standards but this place can improve a lot. Nonetheless I am happy to take my dogs here for their check up and vaccinations.
The management may be fine but the fact that one will have to encounter different doctors with different opinions and different treatment plans makes for a pet parent's nightmare. It may suit one's needs during an emergency but if consistency and accountability are important factors in your decision, you might want to think twice about going here. I'm not just an angry pet parent. I'm a devastated one. My 8 year old Pomeranian died within 12 hours of them assuring me that there was nothing wrong with her.
Taking my pet(laddu) quite a few times now. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Main thing is they love pets. Thats why they take extreme care of your pet. My pet was not well few days back. The doctors took good care of him and now he’s fit. Considered them as my permanent pet clinic now.
Horrible place. They'll make you do 10 things before actually doing the right thing. Gave wrong reports for my cat as well.nThey just want your money.
