Well, they make a fool out of you. My mom bought a Shehnaz product from them which turned out to be bad ( trust me it was really bad). We went to their shop and told them this, first they denied helping then when i started taking video about them they said give an application we will send this to the company. In between COVID happened, i didn't pester them, but from September till now i have visited their store 5 times or more and i could see the product and application lying in one of their desk (so no action taken) they have denied giving the money back and they said no supply for the cream (which is worth 2000 rupees)Strangely the supply for Shehnaz product is there in all shops , but not here. They keep saying come tomorrow, day after, some other day etc etc. They have mentally harassed me and my elderly mom (who is the actual customer here). Well i have already complained about them in consumer forum , i will take it further now with social media police and lawyers now as this needs to stop.

Excellent Service...nOne can easily find cosmetics Good and Equipment at reasonable price.nThe staffs are very Polite and sincere

Not the shams store I visited. It is closeby. Great store. Lot's of things for salon business. Prices have gone up a bit. But they are always stuffed and you will always get all you want. We have a long term business relationship and they never disappoint. The small cramped area is the only issue. Or else just keep it up.
