Hello, writing this review from my own personal experience. I am not commenting on the agents but on the salaried staffs of LIC. They are so unprofessional and because of their mistakes I had to pay a huge amount of fine. Today I regret doing LIC and if given a choice now, I would never choose LIC as my mode of investment or even insurance.nPeople who are thinking of enrolling into policies with LIC, be very careful as everything will be told to u verbally, in times of problem if any, you will realise everything which was highlighted to u at the time of policy, was purely a sales technique and to get money from your pocket. None of them work efficiently and all they look for is to get your hard earned money from you.nToday, I am so badly trapped that I do not have any option left infront of me other than paying them and continuing the policy as if I try to get out, I will lose a hell of money and if i stop then also I will lose my money.nSo my advice, think very carefully before you invest; once you invest you are on your own.nGoodluck!
Staff behaviour is so good. Went for a legal case. As I am an advocate.
The staffs I talked to were very supportive.
Maturity claim bonus is lying pending with them for past two months ... They do not even respond ...
This is a place where everyone goes for their work and there are many workers.
