Joint & Bone Care Hospital (JBCH Hospital)

I am very much pleased with the service and facilities.nMy grandmother (92 years old) was operated by Dr. JBC and she has been remarkably fine.nThe operation at this age was super successful and flawless.nEach and every hospital staff s were cooperative, supportive and helpful.nThe post operation support of physiotherapy was also very good.nMy grandmother was unable to sit properly, now she walks!!nMany Thanks to the entire fraternity!

Good but need improvement. Here are some pointsnn1. Please try to maintain the doctors timing you are committing to patients.n2. Definitely number of seating chairs need to be increased.n3. Receptionist has a very major role, when a new patient come to hospital, please guide them and let them know how many patients before him ready waiting.nnI must appreciate, hospital is very neat n clean ud83dudc4c .nnThanksnRabindra S

Staffs were pretty humble, I was there to visit Dr. Prathajit Das for rheumatoid arthritis, unfortunately his time is Thursday 2PM to 4PM.

This is best hospital Dr JBC and cop.all off doctor staff members are take care to me very good I am so happy to my spinal operation is successful now Today I realised this hospital thank you JBCH hospital

My husband was admitted in this hospital on 3rd March and had Total knee replacement on 4th March 2020. His knee started having infection from end of June. We contacted the doctor, he did surgery on his same leg again in July. The infection did not go. Again he did surgery in August. The implant was removed and he could not walk. From the hospital he contracted Covid, was transferred to a Covid hospital and there my husband expired. All these infections he acquired from the JBCHospital. The doctor Joydeep Banerjee Choudhury is a worthless doctor, very casual and only understands money. He is a terrible doctor. His hospital is infected and my 4 lakh insurance was fully taken by him leaving us penniless. DO NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR OR HIS FACILITY.
