The Gym in Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar has the best trainer in Uttrakhand. Praveen Bharti (owner and trainer) is a winner of body building championship and has an experience of more than 15 years in the fitness industry. He designs and frames the diet according to the needs of the trainee. He is strict when it comes to training and very soft and humble after that. He has helped a lot of people transform and the same can be viewed on his Facebook page as well.nOne of the best trainer I have met.nThe Gym has all equipment, is air conditioned, has parking facility with easy access of location.nnWill definitely recommend everyone who is viewing this to atleast give a visit if you are looking for a fitness centre in Haridwar
