Spencer's, Quest Mall

Excellent for place of shopping.but u will find convinience more in South City Spencer compared to quest

This is good shopping mall. I refer it. There are many essential things get to buy. Like grocery, vegetables, ornaments of house etc.

I had picked up 2 shorts...with 1+1 offer...when I went to the counter to pay...the boy was very rude and said one of the shorts don't have a tag...so he asked me very rudely to go and fetch a another piece...when I said...the counter is very far, besides it's not my fault your product doesn't have a tag....so send your boy....but he snapped right back and said...no u go and change it by yourself....I felt very hurt and I left everything and walked out....very bad behaviour

Two stars for the stock of goods found under one roof. Management seems to have just crawled out of a cradle. The goof ups start from the moment you enter. First they stop you and check your car, here they also could have stopped you and checked your body temperature but no, they will stop you again and with someone inapt handling the machine, you can only hope he/she doesn't cause your temperature to rise.nNow when you have finally been able to scavenge for your needs you are confronted with the slowest cashier at the counter, counters for payment will always be less than needed so that a line is visible to customers.nDo you think long lines attract people who pay you almost 100 rupees for parking every time they go?nYou have a monopoly, anything you want you can do. With sincere hope there are more places where one could go grocery shopping.

Well stocked(national and international items), staff is friendly and quite helpful..things are well organised and one won't have to run around for things...don't expect a shower of discounts on products unless there is a promo onnOtherwise a good place for everything..
