Not the best store experience as the app has more to offer. But the place is cool tho. Big glass staircase. Usually a queue in the billing counter. Place is getting more crowded each visit. Try visit before lunch usually stays bit less crowded.

The store is nice with a huge collection their only limitation is the trial room and cash counter where you take at least half an hour each which is very challenging.nThe staff are very few who can guide you regarding the size they are very helpful though.

The brand H&M doesn’t need any introduction. Even when travelling to Europe or The United States shopping from H&M is always a part of my bucket list. The store collection regards to apparel accessories or garments are always up market & at par with latest trends and fashion with most reasonable pricing. Though kolkata has only single outlet unlike other states in India they are still not compromising with updated stocks. The premises is located in a good area with car parking facility (chargeable). Well behaved groomed staff and have sufficient knowledge on latest trend fashion and the brand. Staff are cooperative and the maintains international standards where they don’t intervene customer space during shopping but help is always provided at ease whenever required.nExpect to have couple of few new stores in near future in the city of kolkata.
