BMW Service Center Kolkata | OSL Prestige

Went for a quick service aid. Mr. Biswajit ( GM) was really helpful.

This is a Primium Brand but the service is so poor. I had to wait for 3 hours for a simple wash, that was also not done properly.nEven brands like Bajaj provides better service than this.

The BMW OSL team is very polite n well mannered. You feel the customer first experience. Excellent ☺ keep up the good work. Best wishes.

Please don’t visit osl prestige for the after sales service experience. They don’t address to the problem and issues and provide improper invoices. They don’t even except their fault and behave very rudely to customers especially the customer relationship manager Mrs Rajni Khanna and service advisor Bimal saha. They are in such a hurry that they won’t even listen Or try to address to the problems arising. It’s better to get your expensive cars serviced at other places rather than getting it damaged and spoilt. They will damage the vehicle and blame that it was from before. The approach road to the workshop is worst than you expect and beyond reach for a normal car. Please be careful and cautious as they will definitely fool around with the expensive cars during the service.
