Totally incompetent company. They purposely delay the procedures such that extra rent can be incurred and increase burdens on the importer. I wish there was a minus star here could have rated it higher then like a -4/-5. They don't even have their own office and are being managed by a third party firm like ISS who have no knowledge about how an international firm should function or behave with its fellow customers.
