I had a basic requirement- city hybrid cycle without gear. Since they are basic models almost every store tried to up sell but they understood my requirement and showed me cycles accordingly. They were extremely patient as I tried on different models multiple times before taking my decision. Very happy with the staff and the owner. Assembly took around 30-40 mins. I’ve been using it for a month now. So far so good.
I bought 91 snow leopard 26t form here and it is very strong I can do mountain biking in rough trail jumps drops . And my buying experience is awesome the owner is very friendly.
Excellent bike, very good service! Quick replies on WhatsApp and same delivery in the city during the lockdown. Highly recommend them.
The owner himself is a cyclist, he could guide you the best bike which would suit you location+target+purpose etc. Prices are fixed and no scope of negotiation.
Great Experience From here. I am from Chennai and had ordered a cycle for my friend in Kolkata as a gift. The cycle was Firefox Rapide 21 S model. The owner was very helpful right from selecting the cycle till the delivery. Wanted to keep it as a surprise for my friend , the owner helped in that too. The cycle in itself is great , v lightweight and ergonomically good as said by my friend. Overall a great place in Kolkata to buy/maintain cycles. Highly recommend this place . Cheers
