TVS - Modi Byke Centre

My experience here is great. I want to go further. But Pintu boy's behavior is very good there. He can read the minds of the buyers.

Buying and having fun with a bike is the combination of Bike's manufacturer and the ones who'll look after your expensive bike(Service center). TVS is a well known Good bike manufacturer but, in case of service center THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER.nnAs per my experience(s):n• While Servicing your bike you may get your bike more than 4Hour after your delivery time. Even I saw some customers didn't got their bikes serviced on that day! they have to come the next day to get their bike .nn• In case of any manufacturing defect Service center should change/replace the defective products/parts as per Manufacturing company policies (TVS). BUT This Service center will told you to come MULTIPLE DAYS, perform some irrelevant tests but at the end you will not get any solution/replacement.(I have faced this situation).i.e. Their motiv is not to give customers anything for Free! Even if you deserve it, They Don't care.nn• In case of availing any warrenty They'll try to AVOID the fact or the problem you are facing with your bike and after DENYING your claim you may have to live with the faulty products/parts.nn•• Periodic Servicings are a pain with this service center. I have attended at about 10:30AM to book Servicing, They promised me to deliver my bike at 3.30PM but I have got my bike at about 7:15PM. I have to WAIT 4hour .So, you can imagine how irresponsible they are. That day may be 1 or 2 customer even didn't get their delivery, they had to come the next day.nnIn my opinion , If you want to get a TVS vehicle GO FOR ANOTHER SHOWROOM / SERVICE CENTER. Coochbehar will be a better choice..

Service centre office staffs are rude and illiterates.nThey dont have manner to talk to a customer.nI suggest not to buy.tvs service is not good.i have tvs ntorq.it takes 10 to 15 days to get a spare parts.nAfter that also rude behave of the staff.nTo my opinion honda is much better.if one wants to buy tvs go for coochbehar.even roadside assistance is not good at alipurduar.
