Nice staff. Well-behaved. Restaurant and bar neat and clean. Rates are cheaper.

BE CAREFUL ⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0fnnBooked the hotel for 14 & 15 jan 2021 in advance through agoda.com & also made the payment in advance. Got the confirmation from agoda via mail about the booking.nnBut what happened next is ridiculous ud83dude21 & very unprofessional of hotel triveni. When we reached at the hotel on 14th January , after 12 hrs of journey, they said that we didn't have your booking . We didn't get any booking regarding your booking id through agoda & said that we are packed we don't have any rooms. After that he took us the hotel next to triveni & said see the room & if u like , stay here. We saw the room which was average but due to tiredness of journey we finalised the room & paid Rs 5600 for 2 nights, incl.tax & his commission (i think).nnAfter that i got to know that hotel triveni had received my booking but due to agoda's low prices they declined the booking without even informing me coz they can earn more for the same room if they sell it on oyo ( they have a tie-up) or directly.nnEven Agoda is same responsible for this coz even they didn't informed me about the declination of booking by hotel triveni.

This hotel have rooms, bar & restaurant with sufficient car parking & garden space for children to play & enjoy...mostly NRI & local people to visit to bar once a day for chilled beer & cricket live telecast...

Very very poor service with AC not working, Washroom Flush not working, TV not working. Moreover, breakfast is limited, I haven't seen this in any other hotel(they haven't told us this before). So, before check in please confirm this things and it's better if you never check-in here. They have a policy that outside alcohol is not allowed in hotel and in their bar they doesn't even have options for beer.( At my time only one brand was available)

I haven't seen worst service like this in any other hotel. Geyser not working , flush not working, AC not working. Limited breakfast, who the hell give limited breakfast ! Substandard quality of service. Very much disappointed.
