Not even worth one star. Took one month to dispatch the luggage. And took extra 55 days to deliver the luggage. That too, after contacting the customer care for more than 5 times continuously. Package received was completely torn and some of the products were falling out. They even charged extra packing chargers but hadn't even wrapped one extra layer around the box. Mostly all items are torn and damaged. Some are even lost.
