Samsung its a world best company but here in city the service center located in very congested area even no helpers to take the appliances from car.

Poor response and limited service engineers are available.Not good at analysing the issues.Too late in response.Better go to a normal technician to sort the issue.

The ambiance is cool and staff are friendly..but on the display board it shows that shop will be opend at 10 o clock ,but it will be opend around 11... And measures taken to covid are appreciated .

Customer service is very poor. Their response is rude and arrogant. One will repent buying a Samsung phone, if you go to this place; horrible people; horrendous service. Samsung, shut down this place or train them properly.
