My Redmi note 7 got struck, visited store on 26/11/2020 , they updated the software , It's fine, they done it in less than 2 hours..nnCharges :: 350 + 97( GST + Service) = 447/-nAbove cost varies depends upon the repair type

Firstly they don't give proper respect and service to customers for example to claim warranty they required the technician opinion and the worst part is that technician is always out of station and they will make you visit again and again. Secondly they are very arrogance towards the customer. Lastly you claimed any warranty they will replace it with reburshed product. This how they will service.

Good to see staff and management following all Precautions in view of COVID-19.. Advance token system by Mi is a Good initiative to avoid Rush at this current situation.
