This is best place in Siva kshethras and this temple have lot of silpas and belongs to 11th century Ganga rajas architecture. The God kamalingeswara is mostly power full God and lingam height is 3feets and colour is Kala neela varnam

The temple mainly consists of Garbhagruha and the Mandapa the architectural style of the temple is Orrissian Rekha style. The god is referred as ‘Kames Wara Deva’. The Kamalingeswara Temple was built in the middle of the 12th century A.D. during the reign of Madhu Kamarnava of the eastern Ganga Dynasity.
