My first mistake is buying havells product. I raised service request and when asked for invoice for service. The supervisor of technician started talking in ill mannered way. Also said for invoice u need to come to shop.nnThanks to havells for having such agencies registered with them.

After warranty,they try to cheat you by saying that you utensil is prblm,still we have repaired the machine which had some defect but actually they charge you,but they dont even open the appliance.Do get things repaired infront of eyes only.
