S.V. HOSPITAL

We visited this doctor(Vidya Sagar) for my mom's knee pain, we really regret visiting him.nThis doctor doesn't deserve your money, only go to him if you have no other option.nHospital is also poorly managed.nHere, neither the doctor or the hospital staff care about the patients.nnMy experience:n1) Doctor didn't come on time, we had to stand on the road for 30mins for him to come and we were not even allowed to enter the hospital till he came(WOW!).nEven after he came he only allowed 2-3 patients(only patients) inside the hospital.nHe should have at-least allowed patients to sit inside the hospital.nn2) Tokens here are given based on luck, not based on first come first serve basis.nAt the hospital, it was not clear where the token counter was. So, if you are lucky you'll find it and get the token.nWe were unlucky, even though we arrived first, we couldn't get the token first.nHospital staff also didn't bother announcing when they started giving the tokens.nn3) We took the token and when our token number came we had another surprise, only my mom was allowed inside and I had to stand on the road.nn4) Doctor literally sat 10 feet way from my mom and forget about examining the knee, he didn't even see the knee with his eyes.nHe just prescribed pain killer tablets and asked my mom to leave.nAnd, after my mom questioned him, he asked her to again come back if the pain doesn't go away after 7 days.nMy mom clearly mentioned that she is having knee pain since one month, but he didn't bother examining the knee.nAlso, if he is that scared of Covid, I suggest him to close his clinic,ncharging money from patients and not treating properly is not acceptable.nn5) Before we left, we talked to the staff and inquired about the consultation fee.nApparently, we again have to pay the consultation fee if we want to visit him after 7 days.nIf he wanted more money, he should have asked for it directly.

First of all the doctor ( mr.vidya sagar) is not friendlier with patients or patient’s relatives.nHe is very angry with patients while he is giving treatment.I have visited once to this hospital for my brother’s leg and spine injuries treatment, when I enter into doctor’s room, I was trying to sit his opposite direction and he rejected me to sit on chair and asked me to give the medical reports later he was allowed me to sit on the chair. I felt bit disrespect.nHonestly dr.vidyasagar is not happy with patients , it would nice if he change his attitude/ behavior with customers.nAbout the treatment, maybe his good in giving treatment but the respect is important than treatment.nI will not go any more to this hospital in future treatment.
